Russ is Vice President, Director of Fleet Management at Tactical Air Support. Prior to working at Tactical Air, Russ served one tour in the U.S. Navy and 35 years working for major defense contractors in all aspects of aviation maintenance. His last assignment prior to arriving at Tactical Air was Maintenance Control Supervisor at Top Gun and Naval Strike Air Warfare Center (NSAWC).
His aviation experience includes 42 years of aircraft maintenance background at all levels on multiple platforms (F/A-18, F-14, F-16, A-4, A-6, A-7 and Embraer 314 Super Tucano with additional experience on SU-27, L-29 and SF-260 aircraft).
Russ has fulfilled multiple Director of Maintenance/ Maintenance Manager assignments and is a fully certified FAA A&P Mechanic.
