Katherine is the Vice President of Quality Operations, Product Management and Development at Tactical Air Support. She is responsible for ensuring that all company business operations, products, and services meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements. She is also responsible for product planning, development, delivery, and product marketing of our current and future products and services to ensure they support the company’s overall strategy and vision.
Since starting at Tactical Air Support in 2019, Katherine served as our Director of Training where she was responsible for providing leadership training, assessing technical job skills/knowledge gaps, and implementing training solutions for all employees at our company. She was also our Flight Manual Sector Lead for ACES.
Katherine served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years. She has more than 1,000 hours in the F/A-18 Super Hornet and 150 hours of combat flight time in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. She served as an Instructor at VFA-122 while also being responsible for the entire F/A-18 Safety of Flight program. She is also a local celebrity in the F/A-18 community as Tom Cruise is wearing her flight gear in Top Gun: Maverick. She continues to pursue her love of flying through General Aviation.
Katherine has a BS in Radiation Health Physics from Oregon State University and is a graduate of the Next Step Business Course from Dartmouth, Stanford’s Product Management Course, and Harvard’s Leadership Development Executive Program.
