Andrew is the General Manager of the Aircraft Integration and Modernization (AIM) Business Unit. In this role, his team successfully transitioned the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps F-5 block upgrade program from a prototype development effort into full-rate production and established the facility to support the program.
Prior to working at Tactical Air, AC served 27 years in U.S. Navy. His tours included: Program Manager of the Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program, Military Director of the Air Vehicle Engineering Department, and Command of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School. As a Department of the Navy Civil Servant, AC created a program that transferred 26 F-16C/D from the Air National Guard to U.S. Navy to support the Navy’s Adversary Program.
During his aviation career, AC accumulated 2,992 flight hours in 36 different military aircraft and held qualification in H-46, H-60, H-6, C-12, and T-6. He graduated from U.S. Naval Test Pilot School with Class 118 and was the Naval Test Wing Atlantic Test Pilot of the Year in 2002. AC graduated with Merit from the United States Naval Academy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.
