Director of Administration

Andrew "Oscar" Gamble

Andrew serves as the Director of Administration responsible for the leadership of all aspects of administration including business risk management, business insurance, administrative services, asset inventory, and facilities oversight. Initially founded on the model of the US Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and US Air Force’s Weapons School, Tactical Air Support is redefining government contracting as a non-traditional defense company focused on value-based, innovative, and technology-driven products and services for the US Armed Forces.

Andrew joined Tactical Air in 2008 and has held many positions including Senior Warfare Analyst, Project Manager, Tactics Director, Assistant Vice President for Administrative Services, Director of Human Resources, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Staff Officer.

A 20-year retired Navy Veteran, as an Electronic Counter Measures Officer Andrew has over 2,200 flight hours of operational and test experience in the EA-6B, F/A-18, F-16, and F-15 aircraft. He is the recipient of the “Information Operations Individual Award” from the Association of Old Crows for his leadership as Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) Chief in the Combined Air Operations Center during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Andrew was an Operational Test Director at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron NINE and a Flight Test Director at the 413th Flight Test Squadron responsible for the development of advanced aircraft and weapons systems. He was twice an Instructor at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center responsible for training Navy Air Wing advanced tactics. Andrew was awarded the Association of Old crows “Information Operations Individual Award” for his leadership as Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses Chief in the Combined Air Operations Center during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Andrew completed 3 combat deployments and 6 deployments in total.

Andrew earned an MS (CERT) in Aviation Systems from University of Tennessee Space Institute, an MA in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, he completed an Executive MBA program at the University of Nebraska Omaha, a Society of Human Resource Managers Executive Leadership Development Program, and an Executive Education Organization Strategy Program at The Wharton School of Business. Andrew is also a Professional Member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).
