Overview and Scope:
ASTRO is the General Service Administration’s newest contracting vehicle open to all Federal Government Agencies. GSA ASTRO is a family of Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that span multiple NAICS Codes. The scope encompasses a variety of services including operations, maintenance, readiness, research, development, systems integration, engineering, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of manned, unmanned, and optionally manned platforms and robotics, as well as the services that support those platforms and robotics. GSA ASTRO crosses all domains (air, land, sea, and space) providing a total solution for any organization’s requirements in any of the ASTRO Services. ASTRO services are organized into ten functional pools. Tactical Air Support is a Prime Contractor under the GSA ASTRO Mission Operations Pool.
